Things are good. I’ve been doing holiday stuff, Etsy sales, video editing and new progress on my indie game!
My thanksgiving was well and my holidays are going alright. I cooked a nice dinner for my family and stuck together, caught up on some manga that I’d been missing out on like Dr. Stone and My Hero Academia and even purchased new games like Hollow Knight and The Wonderful 101 to get myself back into playing and thinking about video games.
I’m continuing my holiday sale on my Etsy store! Remember that it ends on December 18th, a week before Christmas! It’s the final week for my holiday sale! Stickers and Comics are great stocking stuffers!
I’m doing what I can to get some prints of Pizza Man together before next year and my next convention appearance. This time I’m experimenting with convert it into a zine but my original Instagram format makes it hard to get it in that format. But overall, I’d been constantly thinking that I needed to get back to working on my art projects.
My big Furs of Fury Illustration is still ongoing. I’ve been experimenting and looking up painting methods to do good to promote this game.
I’m currently at this odd point on my game development status where, I’m mostly just thinking of gameplay ideas more than actual pixel art but I’m doing a few things like make a new sprite for Cole’s shipping partner, Captain Rhodes. I mostly do sprite work for my weekly livestreams on my Twitch Channel, so I’ll still keep up streaming to chat and brainstorm and get my game related stream recordings to The Blackmask Dev YouTube Channel.
Speaking of YouTube videos, I’ve done small things like make time lapses of my colored illustrations. I’ve been recording my drawing stuff but editing takes a lot out of me and it takes time away from making more art, so I’m conflicted about it.
If you like it, do let me know because I do want to expand to doing video tutorials in the future on my personal YouTube Channel.
Finally, I’ve been making bigger strides in updating my Resources page! There, I’m giving everyone information about how I’ve learned how to make art and technology to make my life easier.
